Shannon Robinson

Shannon Robinson has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Shannon began their career as an Events Assistant Manager at Statler City in 2013 and then worked as a Student Services Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) from 2016-2018. Shannon then moved to Jhpiego as a Senior Program Coordinator from 2018-2019. From 2019-2021, Shannon worked as a Freelancer, providing services as an Email Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Community Manager, and Web Designer. Most recently, Shannon has been a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist at Groove Commerce since 2021. In 2022, Shannon began working as a Spiritual Health Integration™ Coach | Holy Fire® Reiki Master & Yoga Nidra Guide at Heal.me, where they help their clients to "transmute the light of the divine into their physical being and experience full body transformation."

Shannon Robinson graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 with a Master's degree in Master of Public & International Affairs. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2016. In addition, Robinson has obtained numerous certifications, including a 30-hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training from Bodsphere (2022), Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google (2022), Google Tag Manager Fundamentals from Google (2022), Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Google (2021), Reiki Master Usui/ Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho from Star Song Reiki (2020), USAID Rules & Regulations: Grants & Cooperative Agreements Certification from Humentum (2019), Program Management for Development Professionals Certification from APMG International (2018), Sales Hub Implementation, Email Marketing, Digital Advertising, Inbound Marketing Optimization, Marketing Hub Implementation, Reporting, SEO, Contextual Marketing, and Social Media Marketing from HubSpot (2022-2021), and Klaviyo Product Certified from Klaviyo (2021).
