Trish Sisneros

Trish Sisneros, CPTM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development/Employee Engagement at DAP Health since July 2017. Trish has successfully led the development of HR policies during significant organizational growth, designed efficient onboarding processes, and significantly improved employee retention through innovative programs. Previous roles include People Operations Manager and Manager of Learning and Organizational Behavior, contributing to increased employee satisfaction and streamlined operations. Trish's earlier experience encompasses various positions in hospitality and culinary arts, complemented by a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. Trish has also completed a certificate program in Leadership Coachella Valley and holds a degree in Baking and Pastry from the California Culinary Academy.
