Jing Jiang is a Senior Scientist at DAP since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in coatings from previous roles at Sun Chemical as a Scientist from February 2017 to November 2022, and at Pixelligent Technologies as a Senior Scientist from May 2015 to October 2016, focusing on high refractive index coatings. Prior to these positions, Jing served as an Associate Product Development Specialist at Dow Corning from March 2011 to April 2014, specializing in water-based and solvent-based coatings. Early career experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2006 to 2011 and at the Department of Chemistry, University of Massachusetts, Amherst from 2003 to 2005, both concentrating on polymer synthesis. Jing's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry obtained from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry was also earned.
