Megan Youngs has a diverse work experience history. Megan began their career at Wilmington Trust as a Marketing Intern, where they supported various clerical and project needs. Megan then moved on to work at Bank of America as a Customer Representative, where they interacted with clients and developed strong communication and customer service skills. Megan also worked at Fairfax County Public Schools as an Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach, teaching high school girls the rules and strategies of lacrosse and developing leadership and team-building skills.
Megan later joined SuperNoVa Select as the Head Lacrosse Coach, where they coached lacrosse for five years, teaching young girls the game and imparting life lessons. Megan then transitioned to Ameritox, where they worked as a Marketing Coordinator and later as a Senior Marketing Specialist, gaining experience in strategic and tactical planning, lead generation, and corporate communications.
After that, Megan worked at Medifast, Inc as an Associate Product Manager, managing the commercialization and launch of various products and supporting the entire product life cycle. Currently, they are employed at DAP as the Director of Product Management, responsible for developing and promoting new products and optimizing existing product lines.
Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated expertise in product management, marketing, coaching, and customer service. Megan has developed strong skills in strategic planning, communication, and team-building.
Megan Youngs graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications from the Innovation Engineering Institute. Megan received their Innovation Engineering Blue Belt Certification in December 2018 and their Innovation Engineering Black Belt Certification in October 2019.
