Michael Chronister has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Michael started their career at Atlantic Research Corporation in 1986 as a Propellant Chemist. Michael then moved on to Bostik in 1988, where they worked as a Development Chemist before transitioning to Elf Atochem in 1990, where they served as a Chemist. In 1992, they returned to Bostik and took on various roles, including Technology Leader, R&D Director, and Chief Technology Director. In 2013, they joined DAP as the Vice President of Technology and later became the Director of Technology in 2017.

Michael Chronister attended Penn State University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science.
