Ivan Raleff

Ivan Raleff is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Daphne Technology, where he manages the company’s finances and is responsible for safeguarding its assets and fulfilling its regulatory obligations. A Swiss startup veteran, Ivan has more than 11 years of experience as a CFO in luxury watches, marketing and advertising, and technology sectors.

Ivan previously served as CFO at Romain Jerome Watches in Geneva, Switzerland, where in addition to this role, he was responsible for the human resources function (and later promoted to COO ). During his tenure, Ivan was instrumental in building out the business support capabilities and functions. He also spent six years in various operational and controllership finance leadership roles at General Electric and Bombardier. He started his career in external auditing with PWC, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution sector.

Ivan is an operationally-focused CFO. He brings deep expertise in system and process implementation, accounting and financial reporting, and business operations. He is also skilled at raising capital and has successfully raised more than CHF 30 million for his startups. He is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from HEC Lausanne Switzerland.
