Nicole Grossmann

Nicole Grossmann has a solid work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Nicole currently works at Daphne Technology as the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Regent Lighting where they held the positions of Strategic Buyer Metal from October 2019 to January 2022, and Technical Project Purchaser from November 2018 to October 2019. Nicole also worked at IWC Schaffhausen as a Supply Manager for Dials & Hands from April 2016 to October 2018, and as a Supply Manager for Dials from March 2014 to March 2016. Nicole gained valuable experience as the Head of Purchasing at XANTIA SA - Private Label Watches from July 2011 to February 2014. Nicole started their career at Zino Davidoff Trading AG in the Supply Chain Department and worked there from 2007 to 2011.

Nicole Grossmann attended the Wirtschaftsgymnasium Basel from 1998 to 2003. Nicole then pursued a certification as an eidg. Einkaufsfachfrau from 2009 to 2010. Later, Nicole enrolled at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, where they completed a CAS FH in Leadership & Management in 2019. In the same year, they also pursued a CAS FH in Supply Chain & Logistics Management at the same institution, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Nicole obtained a CAS FH in Projektmanagement from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz in 2020. Finally, they completed an EMBA FH with a specialization in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, graduating in 2021.
