Charisse Pasche has a diverse work experience with roles in both the fashion industry and education. Charisse co-founded and served as the COO of Dapper Boi, an online gender-neutral clothing line, from 2014 to the present. Their role involved creating a unique fit and wide range of sizes to make people feel comfortable and confident.

In addition, they held various positions at Ashford University. From 2011 to 2019, they worked as an Admissions Manager, managing a team of 20 enrollment representatives and forecasting enrollment and retention numbers. Charisse also created initiatives, provided trainings, and focused on staff retention. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Lead Admissions Counselor, and from 2016 to 2020, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor.

Charisse Pasche completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Management from Ashford University, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Psychology from the University of the Rockies. Charisse completed their master's degree in 2014.
