Ayman Kolko has a diverse work experience in the field of design, architecture, and construction. Ayman started their career in 1999 as a Site Engineer at the Homs Cultural Center. In 2002, they joined Adel Alhaddad EST as a Site Engineer and worked there until 2003. Ayman then joined Pioneer Engineering Consultancy in 2003 as a Project Engineer. From 2004 to 2008, Ayman worked as an Assistant Resident Engineer at Design & Architecture bureau (DAR). Ayman then joined ACTCO General Contracting co. in 2008 as a Construction Manager and worked there until 2013. Returning to DAR in 2013, Ayman held the position of Senior Project Manager until 2023.
