Imran Burondkar possesses extensive experience in architectural drafting and modeling, currently serving as a BIM Modeller and Architectural Draughtsman at Design & Architecture Bureau (DAR) since April 2014, with significant contributions to high-profile projects such as the Sokoon & Museum Buildings in the Al Jada Development, Sharjah, and the Dubai Digital Park. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Architectural Draughtsman at arkiplan consulting architects and engineers, focusing on residential and mixed-use developments, and similar positions at Saudi Bin Laden and Architect Hafeez Contractor, where responsibilities included preparing comprehensive drawing packages and coordinating with structural and mechanical teams. Imran's career began at arkiplan consulting, where foundational skills in concept design and project coordination were developed. Design and Architecture bureau (DAR) was established in 1985. The firm was then re-structured in 1996 jointly by Engineer Hussain Lootah and Architect Ibrahim Salem.
