Eyad Sulayman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to sales, marketing, and business analysis.

Between 1999 and 2006, Eyad worked at Ranya Trading Company (UAE) as an Accounts Supervisor (credit) and at Bank of Jordan in the Deposition Department.

Starting in 2004, Eyad joined Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co and held multiple positions. Eyad began as an Accounts Receivable Accountant, where they managed local market sales and monitored customer receivables and payments. Later, Eyad became a Customer Sales Supervisor, responsible for creating business plans for international markets and preparing sales forecasts.

In 2010, Eyad transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop sales budgets and consolidate price lists. Eyad then became a Demand Planning Section Head in 2011, calculating demand forecasts and building export sales budgets.

From 2016 to 2019, Eyad served as a Sales Analysis Section Head, extracting and modeling data to generate useful information for strategic business decisions. During this time, they also created analytical reporting systems using Microsoft Excel.

Eyad's most recent role, which started in 2019, is Sales & Marketing-Business Analyst (Section Head). In this position, they support the preparation of organized 5-year plans, tracks new product launches, and analyzes sales data using IMS DATA application. Eyad also conducts gap analysis to assess sales performance against budget.

Eyad Sulayman completed their high school education at Al-Hussein Collage School from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained their Tawjihi degree. Eyad then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Philadelphia University – Jordan from 1995 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Negotiation Skills from Pioneers Academy in April 2013.
