Mohammed Al-Motawakil has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mohammed is currently working as the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Dar Al Arkan Properties, where they lead a team in performing due diligence for potential projects and establishing collaborations between departments. Mohammed Al-Motawakil completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & IB from The George Washington University School of Business between 2000 and 2003. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the American University - Kogod School of Business, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Mohammed has obtained several certifications, including "The Next Big Thing" from London Business School and "Affordable Housing: Finance, Design, Policies" from Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 2016. Mohammed also completed an Internal Assessor Training from EFQM in March 2016, and a Postgraduate Accounting Course from George Mason University - School of Business in 2007.
