Othman Zaaroor

Othman Zaaroor is a Senior Engineer specializing in Highways and Roads at Dar, with experience in the transportation engineering field spanning multiple roles and companies. Previously, Othman served as a Consultant at Mindsets Strategy & Decision Advisors, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans for the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services in Riyadh, KSA, and preparing proposals for major infrastructure projects. Prior to that, Othman held the position of Transportation Engineer at Dar, focusing on project proposals and road design, and group leadership on a significant freeway project in Algeria.
