Angelina Walter

Angelina Walter has extensive work experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Angelina began their career in 2010 as an intern at Hannover Rück-Gruppe, where they worked in the Facultative Reinsurance Division. In 2011, they had an internship at Deutsche Börse, specifically in the Listing and Issuer Team. In 2013, they joined DARAG Group as a Manager in the M&A department. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Senior Manager in M&A and then Deputy Head of M&A / Integration. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Post Merger Integration at DARAG Group.

Angelina Walter received their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Business Law from Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 2010. Angelina then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management & Entrepreneurship from the same university, which they completed in 2012. During their undergraduate studies, in 2009, they spent a semester abroad at Northern State University in the USA, focusing on International Business Law.
