Dupe Akindiya MPA, HRPL, MCIPM, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration.

DUPE started their career as the Human Resources Manager at Universal Gases Ltd from an unspecified date in 2007 until 2009.

DUPE then joined European Soaps And Detergents PLC in 2010 as the Head of Human Resources and Administration, where they worked until March 2014.

After that, they worked at Bayswater Industries Limited as the Head of HR/Admin from September 2014 to February 2018. During this time, they were responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling human resources, as well as recommending systems and policies related to employee management.

Currently, since March 2018, they are employed by Daraju Industries Ltd as the Corporate Head of HR/Admin, where they continue to apply their extensive experience and knowledge in the field.

Dupe Akindiya MPA, HRPL, MCIPM, SHRM-CP, has a strong educational background in the field of personnel management and literature. They obtained a Master's degree in Public Admin with a specialization in Personnel Management from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Ilorin between 1991 and 1996.

Aside from their formal education, Dupe Akindiya has also pursued professional certifications to enhance their skillset. In July 2022, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This additional certification reflects their commitment to furthering their expertise in the field of human resources.
