Fredrick Correa's work experience includes:
- Vice President Human Resources at Darashaw from April 2014 to present. In this role, they served as a Lead Business Partner for various verticals, overseeing projects such as performance management and manpower optimization to turnaround a loss-making business.

Fredrick Correa's education history is as follows:
Fredrick Correa obtained their ICSE and ISC degrees from St. James' School in Kolkata, India, from 1991 to 2005. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors degree from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) in Kolkata, from 2005 to 2008.
In 2008, Fredrick enrolled in Amity University, where they successfully completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree. Fredrick'sstudies at Amity University concluded in 2010, and the institution also provided him with certification in Behavioral Sciences.
Later, in 2012, Fredrick decided to pursue an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Goa Institute of Management (GIM), completing their degree in 2014. During their time at GIM, they engaged in an International Consulting Project at the University of Antwerp in 2013, focusing on strategy.
In 2016, Fredrick began working towards their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Management, specializing in Employability Studies and Talent Development, at Chitkara University. Fredrick successfully completed their PhD in 2021.
During their educational journey, Fredrick also acquired various certifications. In 2009, they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from BSI. In 2013, they received certification as a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner from ANLP India. A year later, in 2014, they acquired certification in NLP-Based Leadership and Personality Development, also from ANLP India.
Fredrick Correa has further certifications, including becoming a Certified PPA (DISC) Practitioner from Thomas International in 2018. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) Practitioner certification from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Fredrick obtained the POSH Training for IC Members from M/S International Business Intelligence in 2017.
Most recently, in 2020, Fredrick acquired certifications in Engaged Family Governance-Designing of a Family Constitution from the Confederation of Indian Industry, as well as Leadership in The Family Business from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey.
