Abdullah Rashed's work experience begins in 2019 at Walton Group where they worked as a Customer Service Officer, handling face-to-face and phone inquiries, product receive and delivery, call attending, cash management, and billing and shipment works.

In 2021, they joined foodpanda as a Vendor Coordinator, managing and coordinating vendors on the platform. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Incubation Executive, where they specialized in training and developing new sellers on how to operate the platform, including tab training, menu review, deal negotiation, and market research.
