Aqib Kamal

Aqib Kamal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Aqib started their career at Jaffer Agro Services (Pvt) Limited as an HR internee in 2017. Aqib then joined Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited as a Management Trainee in the Human Resources Department in February 2018. A few months later, they became an HR Support Executive before transitioning to Daraz in October 2019.

At Daraz, Aqib held multiple roles, including Senior Executive in HR Services from October 2019 to March 2021. Aqib then became an Assistant Manager in HR Services, where they ensured data accuracy and completeness, managed performance review systems, generated HR reports, and maintained HRIS data integrity. Currently, Aqib is working as the Lead in Digitization & Employee Lifecycle Management since April 2023, where they are involved in core HR system implementation, technical developments, and customization.

Overall, Aqib Kamal has gained extensive experience in HR services, data management, reporting, and HR system implementation throughout their professional journey.

Aqib Kamal pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management at Iqra University from 2016 to 2019. In 2023, they attended the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) to acquire a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) certification.
