Barrister Rija Iqbal

Barrister Rija Iqbal's work experience begins in 2014 as a Legal Intern at Abrar Hasan & Co.- Advocates & Legal Consultants. In 2014, they also completed a Legal Internship at Liaquat Merchant and Associates, where they assisted with drafting guarantee letters, researched the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, and drafted finance facility letters and leasing documents.

In 2015, Rija worked as a Sales Assistant at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics UK, where they managed store operations, achieved sales targets, and developed essential communication skills through direct customer interaction.

In 2016, they served as a Legal Intern at Orr Dignam & CO., gaining practical experience in a legal environment.

Barrister Rija then joined Ali & Associates in 2017 as a Junior Associate, contributing to legal projects until May 2018.

From July 2018 to June 2019, Rija worked as a Legal Counsel at High-Q Pharmaceuticals.

Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Bar Professional Training Course at City, University of London from 2016 to 2017.
