Farhan Kabir

Farhan Kabir has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Farhan is currently the Head of Cross Border at Daraz since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tridge as a Country Engagement Manager from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for acquiring price data and market insights, as well as designing Tridge's data collection system. Before that, Farhan was the Manager of Operations at MeenaClick.com from 2020 to 2021, overseeing a team and managing sales targets, inventory, and supply chain processes. Farhan also held positions at Uber, serving as Lead-Sales & Key Account Management for Uber Eats from 2019 to 2020 and as a Key Account Manager from 2019 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Farhan worked as an Advertising Executive at Dhaka Tribune from 2017 to 2019, a Marketing Executive at ASIA Pacific Communication Limited from 2016 to 2017, an Operations Executive at Bengal Group Limited in 2016, and completed an internship at Mercantile Bank Limited in 2015.

Farhan Kabir has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from North South University. Farhan also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Dhaka.

Prior to their university studies, Farhan attended Mastermind School, where they completed their Ordinary Level (O level) and Advanced Level (A level) studies.

In addition to their formal education, Farhan has obtained various certifications. Farhan has completed the Digital Marketing Competencies course from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. Farhan has also completed several online courses, including Communication Strategies for a Virtual Age, Converting Challenges into Opportunities, Mindshift: Break Through Obstacles to Learning and Discover Your Hidden Potential, New Models of Business in Society, The Science of Success: What Researchers Know that You Should Know, and The Strategy of Content Marketing, all from Coursera.

Furthermore, Farhan holds certifications on topics such as health and safety. Farhan has completed the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Bangladesh's course on Coronavirus and the World Health Organization's course on COVID-19. Farhan also has the SANS Institute Certification on Security Awareness Training.

Recognizing Farhan's academic achievements, they received The Daily Star Award Certificate for achieving extraordinary results in their O level examinations in 2009.
