Hein Ko Ko has a diverse work experience in various industries. Hein started their career as a Front Desk Officer at Eden Palace Hotel in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Hein then worked as a Concierge at Rose Garden Hotel, Yangon in 2013. In 2014, they became a Tour Leader at Mira Travels and Tours, gaining valuable experience in the tourism industry. Hein then transitioned to become a Marketing Manager at Amazing Time Travels and Tours from January 2015 to September 2015. Lastly, they worked as a Categories Manager (Home Appliance and TV) at Daraz in 2016.

Hein Ko Ko's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Dagon University, which was completed from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate of Level 2 Book Keeping and Accounts (IAS) from International Qualifications from EDI. From 2014 to 2016, they attended the Center Of Vocational Training and obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Operation, with a focus on Hotel and Tourism.
