Komal Pokhrel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Komal started their career as an intern at Jupiter Hotel in 2010 before moving on to work as a marketing executive at Aryans Event Solutions from October 2010 to June 2013. Komal then worked as a Guest Relations Officer at Tranquility spa @ Radisson from September 2013 to April 2014. In 2015, they had two short-term marketing executive positions at ebeez technology and Just Dial Limited.

From 2016 to 2018, Komal worked at Antilog Vacations, where they initially started as an Online Sales Executive and later became an Assistant Team Lead and a Sales Team Lead. Komal 'smost recent work experience is at Daraz, where they joined as a Senior Team Lead Operations in September 2018. Komal then progressed to Manager Customer & Seller Operations in July 2020 and currently holds the position of Head Of Customer & Seller Operations since May 2021.

Komal Pokhrel completed an MBA in Marketing from AP GOYAL SHIMLA UNIVERSITY from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they obtained a BCOM degree in Accounting from IGNOU. In 2011, they completed their 12th grade education from ICON ACADEMYAHSEC. In 2010, they earned a Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management from Kingfisher Training Academy. In 2009, they completed their 10th grade education from ELITE ENGLISH ACADEMYSEBA. Additionally, they received an Advance Certificate in Computer Application from Sterlite.
