S.m.imtiaz Kabir

S.M. Imtiaz Kabir has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. S.M.Imtiaz started their career as an intern at ACI Limited in May 2017 and worked there until August 2017. S.M.Imtiaz then joined Daraz in September 2017 as a Production Executive and held the position until February 2018.

In March 2018, Kabir moved to National Polymer Group as a Junior Executive. During their time there, they were responsible for various tasks such as preparing salary and overtime sheets, supervising the recruitment process, and maintaining employee documents. S.M.Imtiaz worked in this role until August 2018.

Kabir returned to Daraz in October 2018 and has been a part of the company since then. S.M.Imtiaz started as a Senior Executive and was involved in various tasks such as supervising pickup and return operations, route planning, data analysis, and employee attendance tracking. In September 2020, they were promoted to Assistant Manager and continued to manage riders and ensure smooth operations. From May 2021 to January 2022, they worked as a First Mile Manager, focusing on managing riders, resource sharing, and collaborating with other teams to maintain operational workflow. Currently, Kabir holds the position of Sort Manager (Operation) at Daraz, where they are responsible for managing the daily operations of the sortation center, supervising team leaders, and maintaining relationships with 3PL staff and companies operating in the sort facility.

S.M. Imtiaz Kabir pursued their education at North South University. From 2017 to 2019, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the same university, spanning from 2013 to 2017.
