Sajata Kumari Panjwani has a diverse work experience. Sajata Kumari began their career as a Teaching Assistant at In in January 2017. Sajata Kumari then moved on to an internship at ICI Pakistan Limited in June 2017. Following their internship, Sajata joined Daraz in July 2018 as a Daraz Future Leadership Program Trainee, where they assisted in new feature launches and supported existing systems. Sajata Kumari'skey projects included integrating Third Party Logistics APIs with the Alibaba ecosystem and overseeing the rollout of inhouse OMS solutions, impacting 500 employees across major markets. Sajata continued to excel at Daraz, progressing to the roles of Product Owner, Lead Product Owner, and finally Senior Lead Product Owner. As a Product Owner, they ensured the smooth planning and execution of flagship projects across various domains, managed the product roadmap for feature launches in multiple markets, established a network with Country Managers and Product Owners from Alibaba/Mid-Platform/Lazada teams, and ensured impact assessment pre and post-release of flagship projects.

Sajata Kumari Panjwani started their education journey in 2010 at St. Bonaventure's High School, where they completed their Matriculation in Science in 2012. From there, they enrolled at County Girls College and pursued a Pre-Engineering degree for two years, completing their Intermediate education in 2014.

In 2014, Sajata joined the Institute of Business Administration, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in the field of study. Sajata Kumari continued their studies at the Institute of Business Administration and earned additional certifications during their time there. In 2016, they received the National Finance and Economic Reformation (INFER) certification, followed by the Entrepreneurship Educators Symposium certification in 2016 as well.

During their time at the Institute of Business Administration, Sajata briefly attended Stephen F. Austin State University in 2017. Here, they pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, aligning with their previous studies.
