Sultan-ul-Arefin Swapnil has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2016, they worked as a Content and Strategy Intern at Jarvis Digital, where they were responsible for digital marketing strategy planning and content creation. In 2018, they interned as a Channel Development Intern at Telenor Health and then worked as a Junior Executive-Social Media Management at YY Ventures. In 2018, Sultan-ul-Arefin Swapnil joined the MGH Group as a Senior Executive/Territory Manager, where they developed and executed sales plans and strategies for Procter & Gamble in various locations. Sultan-ul-Arefin later became an Assistant Manager/Distribution Manager at the same company, responsible for developing distribution strategies and optimizing the supply chain. In 2022, they joined Agent Next Door as a Strategic Advisor in Talent Management, specializing in influencer marketing and assisting talents with personal branding and content strategies. Currently, Sultan-ul-Arefin Swapnil works at Daraz as a Regional FBD Program Manager, responsible for providing end-to-end commerce solutions and an interactive shopping experience to customers. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and maximizing competitive advantage.
Sultan-ul-Arefin Swapnil completed their education in a sequential manner. Sultan-ul-Arefin began their education in 2010 and 2011 at Dhaka Residential Model College, where they obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Science. Sultan-ul-Arefin then pursued their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) in Science from the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
After completing their school education, Sultan-ul-Arefin Swapnil enrolled at Bangladesh University of Professionals from 2014 to 2018, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
In addition to their formal education, Sultan-ul-Arefin Swapnil also obtained some certifications. In 2015, they completed the JCI Expedite certification from JCI (Junior Chamber International). Moreover, in February 2017, they participated in the BYLC Youth Leadership Bootcamp organized by the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC).
