Zishan started their career as an Assistant Manager Accounts at Defence Housing Authority Islamabad in September 2011, where they were responsible for monitoring account reconciliations and handling client correspondence. Afterward, they joined S&P Global as a Senior Financial Analyst in December 2012, where they analyzed financial data and reconciled transactions for two years.

In November 2014, Zishan transitioned to Daraz, a renowned e-commerce platform. Zishan initially worked as a Revenue Assurance Executive, where they processed customer payments, conducted account reconciliations, and managed billings and refunds. Their role at Daraz expanded in October 2016 when they became a Senior Compliance & BI Analyst, focusing on designing and implementing compliance processes, leading projects, and automating reporting structures.

Zishan's next role at Daraz was as a Project Manager, which lasted from May 2018 to November 2018. Zishan then moved on to become the Manager of Sort Operations North, where they oversaw daily performance, KPIs, and backlog clearance, managing a team of supervisors and indirect reports. In this position, they are in charge of last mile operations, ensuring timely clearance of backlogs, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and spearheading the expansion and growth of last mile coverage. Zishan also oversees talent pipeline development, executes improvement projects, and manages cash operations.
