A S M Saifullah, known as Saif, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering for Operations at Daraz since April 2020. Saif's expertise includes preparing and implementing HR operation strategies tailored to business needs and developing training and development initiatives. Prior roles include Lead HR Business Partner and HR & Admin Business Partner at Daraz and Assistant Manager in HRD&M at PDS Limited. Saif's early career includes service as a Corporal in the Bangladesh Army. Educational qualifications include HRMC and PGDHRM from leading institutions, complemented by an MBA in Human Resource Management. Saif is also a permanent member of IUBian Club Ltd. and served as Treasurer for JCI Dhaka Central.
