Arsalan Shafi

Arsalan Shafi is an experienced HR systems professional currently serving as the Regional Lead HR Systems at Daraz since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing SAP SuccessFactors and WFM across seven Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Previously, Arsalan worked as an SAP Business One Consultant at Alsons Group from February to September 2021, focusing on data extraction and collaboration with stakeholders on data challenges. Prior to that, Arsalan was an HR System Associate (OPS) at Daraz from September 2019 to February 2021, leading the implementation of a Flex model for last-mile operations, which involved deploying a comprehensive app and web portal for operational efficiencies. Arsalan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Enterprise Resource Planning and Computer Science from the Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, earned in 2020.
