Steven Train is a former Royal Marines Commando who now serves as a Designer at Wren Kitchens. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing management, Steven has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in both military and civilian environments, consistently driving teams to exceed performance expectations. They have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, applying these principles across various roles, including as a Manufacturing Section Leader and Value Stream Manager. Steven holds a Master's degree in Business and Management from Northumbria University and multiple management certifications from various institutions.
