Phil Kantor

Phil Kantor has a diverse work experience spanning various positions, industries, and roles. Phil is currently serving as the President of Darcy Partners since June 2022. In the same year, they also co-founded Outpost Companies.

Prior to their current ventures, Phil worked at Bain & Company, where they held several positions. Phil started as a Consultant in 2018 and progressed to become a Manager in 2020. Later, they served as a Senior Manager before leaving in 2021.

Phil also gained experience at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in 2017, where they worked as a Summer Associate, specifically focusing on Modernization. Before that, they were with Bain & Company, initially working as an Associate Consultant from 2013 to 2015 and then as a Senior Associate Consultant from 2015 to 2016.

In 2012, Phil had the opportunity to intern at Google as a Product Marketing Intern. Phil'scareer journey began with the United States Marine Corps, where they worked as an Intelligence Analyst from 2005 to 2010. Overall, Phil Kantor's work experience showcases their versatility and expertise in various fields.

Phil Kantor earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Economics from Pomona College from 2010 to 2013. In 2005 to 2007, Phil completed an Associate's Degree in Korean Language from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
