William Miley is an experienced environmental professional with a solid background in geology and law. Currently serving as an Environmental Associate/Geologist at Bay West, LLC since January 2012, William has previous experience as a Staff Geologist at ATC Associates and Meisch and Associates, as well as an Environmental Analyst at DPRA Inc. In 2013, William interned with the Sierra Club in their Beyond Coal to Clean Energy program. William holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas.
