Amanda Grimmer

Amanda Grimmer is currently a Board Member at National Restaurant Association since January 2022. Prior to this role, at Darden from August 2020, Amanda served as the Vice President, Federal & State Government Affairs. Amanda's experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Government Affairs at Darden Restaurants from July 2014 to August 2020, and Director Of Government Relations at McDonald's from November 2009 to July 2014. Amanda also worked as a Government Affairs Manager at Walt Disney World from 2007 to 2009. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same university, achieved between 1998 and 2003.
