Andrew Spielman

Andrew Spielman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance for LongHorn Steakhouse at Darden, Andrew has previously held leadership positions including Director of Operations Excellence and Director of Finance at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. Notably, Andrew has expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), operations analysis, and pricing analytics, managing complex financial models for significant commodity-based goods. Early career experiences at Lockheed Martin involved technical operations finance and a financial analyst internship, complemented by earlier roles in the culinary sector at notable restaurant chains. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BA in Economics from the University of Central Florida.
