Angela Simmons

Angela Simmons is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Tax at Darden since July 2004. Previously, Angela held various roles at Darden, including Vice President of Corporate Tax, Director of Income Tax, Manager of Income Tax, and Senior Tax Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as an Income Tax Manager at KPMG LLP from 2001 to 2004 and as Tax Staff at Ernst & Young LLP from 1999 to 2000. Angela holds a Master's degree with a Tax Speciality from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, earned between 1995 and 1999.
