John Yeaman possesses extensive experience in operations and culinary excellence within the restaurant industry, currently serving as Manager of Operations Excellence for the Specialty Restaurant Group at Darden since July 2021. Previously, John held various roles at Yard House Restaurants, including Culinary and Operations Excellence Partner and Training and Development Partner, where John led training initiatives and collaborated on menu rollouts. John's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Culinary Operations Manager at Olive Garden, as well as roles at TGI Fridays and American Pie Pizza Co. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
