Philip Carr has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as Sr. Director of Protein Purchasing at Darden since September 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the purchase and quality of over $300 million in poultry and commodity items for 1,850 restaurants in the US and Canada. Prior roles at Darden involved Sr. Director of Supply Management, managing supply chain operations for multiple restaurant concepts and overseeing thousands of SKUs and suppliers. Previous experience includes roles at The Home Depot, General Mills, and Mars, where Philip managed strategic initiatives, logistics, and operations. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in 2006.
