Rick Lester

Rick Lester is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and restaurant industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Airport Operations at OTG Management since October 2020. With extensive experience in culinary operations, Rick has been the Senior Director at Red Lobster since February 1993, overseeing all culinary operations for 704 restaurants and managing the implementation of new innovations across these locations. Additionally, Rick has held the position of Director of Operations at Darden Restaurants. Educationally, Rick is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
