Scott Sipler is the Director of Operations at Darden, where Scott has been working since September 1991. Scott is responsible for leading and executing operational excellence for eight restaurant teams. Before their current role, Scott was the General Manager at Olive Garden Lynchburg. Prior to that, Scott was the Owner/Operator of Salad Days Restaurant in Virginia Beach, VA. Scott graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1991 with a BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
