Sylvia Doggett-Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culture and workforce diversity initiatives at Darden Restaurants, where Sylvia has served as Vice President of Culture and Inclusion since January 1989. In this role, Sylvia leads the development and implementation of strategies that align with Darden's business objectives, transforming culture into a competitive advantage. Sylvia focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion awareness, enhancing recruitment, retention, and engagement of diverse employees, and executing enterprise diversity strategies. Prior to their current position, Sylvia worked as Senior Director of Training and Leadership Development at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant from June 1998 to June 2009.
