Benjamin Wang

Benjamin Wang, PhD, is an accomplished entrepreneur and environmental educator with over two decades of diverse experience. As the Owner and CEO of Dare Fashion since 2007, Benjamin has successfully built a tech-forward and environmentally conscious fashion design and manufacturing company generating $700K annually, where standout proficiencies include efficiency, automation, and customer service. Prior to this role, Benjamin served in various capacities at the National Science Foundation and California Academy of Sciences, focusing on science curriculum development and ecological education. Additional experience includes managing field research in tropical environments and teaching biology at Berkshire School. Benjamin holds a BA in Biological Sciences from Dartmouth College, an MA in Ecology & Systematic Biology from San Francisco State University, and a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from UCLA.
