Diccon Utley

Diccon Utley has a diverse work experience in the compliance field. Diccon is currently with Dare since 2022, where they hold the role of Head of Compliance. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at LITASCO SA from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Energy Compliance and MLRO at PVM Oil Associates from 2015 to 2020. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Head of Compliance - Asia Pacific at Gunvor Singapore Pte Ltd. Diccon also worked as a Senior Compliance Officer at PVM Oil Associates from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Compliance Manager at Centrica Energy and Policy Compliance Officer at LCH. Clearnet Ltd. Diccon also took a sabbatical in 2007 for travel and had short-term roles as a Compliance Consultant at WALTER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLP and as a Senior Compliance Executive at BLUECREST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD.

Diccon Utley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science (BSc (Gen)) from The University of Edinburgh, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their A levels in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry at Shrewsbury School from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their educational background, Diccon Utley has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Data Protection Officer from PECB (obtained in June 2020), a Securities Investment Advisor Representative from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (obtained in March 2003), and a Futures and Options Representative through the SFA Registered Persons Examination (obtained in November 2001).
