Alicia Strömmer

Alicia Strömmer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alicia began their career as a Servitris at Melbourne Paella Company, where they primarily focused on serving and managing cash transactions. Alicia then worked as a Museiassistent at the Royal Court of Sweden, where they welcomed visitors, sold tickets and souvenirs, and answered inquiries. Alicia also took on the role of PR- och kommunikationsansvarig at KogVetUm, where they managed social media accounts, conducted interviews, and produced content. Alicia further expanded their skill set as a Guide at Norrbyskärs museum, providing guided tours and assisting with food and merchandise sales. Alicia worked as a Personlig assistent at AKTIV ASSISTANS NORR AB before joining Umeå Energi AB as an Innovationsambassadör, participating in interdisciplinary innovation work. At Norrbyskärs museum, they served as Biträdande föreståndare, managing daily operations and coordinating tasks. Alicia's work in the field of UX design includes positions at ABB, where they conducted market research, generated ideas, and created wireframes, and at Daresay Digital Agency, where they worked as an Interaction Designer at Scania and a UX Designer.

Alicia Strömmer's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Midgårdsskolan and received a Gymnasieexamen in Estetik och media in 2015. From 2017 to 2020, Alicia pursued their Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Kognitionsvetenskap at Umeå University. Alicia then went on to Chalmers University of Technology from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained an MSc in Interaction Design and Technologies.
