David Furendal

David Furendal has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. David began their career in 2003 as an Interaction Designer at Scania AB, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they joined Apptoo AB as a Senior UX Designer before transitioning to Daresay Digital Agency in 2008. At Daresay, they served as the CEO from 2008 to 2014, establishing the company's foundation and overseeing its growth. Following their role as CEO, they became the Head of Labs at Daresay from 2014 to 2020, focusing on innovation and development. Currently, David is the Head of Innovation & Growth at Daresay, following the acquisition of the company by Knightec in December 2020.

David Furendal earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Design, and Cognitive Psychology from Umeå University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In 2011 and 2012, they attended the Novare Accelerator for Business Skills Program. In 2017, they completed the Rätt Fokus i Styrelsearbetet program at Styrelseakademien.
