Lena Blanksvärd

Lena Blanksvärd has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked as an Interim Finance Manager at Daresay Digital Agency since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Business Finance Consultant at Blade Engineering since October 2019.

From March 2020 to January 2021, Lena worked at Aller media, where they held the position of Interim Head of Business Control. During their time there, they led a team of 5 Business controllers in implementing new systems for internal control, a new budget tool, and enhancing the company's financial reporting. Lena also gained valuable skills in leadership, change management, and establishing a result-driven organization. In addition, they held roles as Interim Business Controller and Business Controller at Aller media.

Before their stint at Aller media, Lena worked at SC Motors Sweden AB from April 2018 to January 2019 as a Financial Controller, where they were responsible for establishing new financial reporting and automated reports for the business. Lena also drove projects within Corporate Governance, including corporate policies and management systems. Prior to that, they served as a Controller for Citroën and Mitsubishi Sweden at SC Motors Sweden AB from March 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they handled credit control, financial planning & analysis, and provided financial support to the business.

Lena's earlier experience includes working as a Finance Analyst/Business Controller Global Supply Chain at Hillrom from August 2011 to December 2014, where they were involved in financial planning and analysis, budget/forecast process, and establishing relevant KPIs. Lena also worked as an Interim accountant/auditor at EY from March 2011 to June 2011.

Starting their career, Lena held the position of Interim Head of Finance at Swestrap AB from November 2009 to December 2010. In this role, they managed the financial aspects of the small production company, which imports raw materials from China and serves customers across Europe.

Lena Blanksvärd obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Luleå University of Technology. In April 2022, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Business Transformation Architect from Cordial AB.
