Jennifer Gardner

Jennifer Gardner’s work experience began in 2008 at the Metro YMCA of the Oranges, where they held various roles. From January 2008 to June 2011, they served as the Membership and Marketing Director at the Sussex County YMCA. In June 2011, they were promoted to Associate Executive Director, a position they held until July 2012, when they became the Executive Director of the Sussex County YMCA. In 2018, Jennifer Gardner joined Darien YMCA as the CEO.

Jennifer Gardner obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management from Clemson University, completing their education from 1990 to 1994.
