Andy Hicken

Andy Hicken is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong focus on continuous improvement and lean systems. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Darigold since December 2022, Andy has previously held the position of Director of Manufacturing at Maple Mountain Co-Packers, where oversight of production operations and staff training on lean practices was key to achieving key performance indicators. Prior to this, Andy spent over 15 years at USSynthetic, advancing from Factory Manager—responsible for operations and KPI management—to Manufacturing Team Lead and Press Operator, highlighting a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and team development. Andy holds a high school diploma from American Fork High School and has completed 106 credits in Business Management at Utah Valley University.
