Jay Marshall

Jay Marshall currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Darigold, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jay held various leadership positions at Albertsons Companies from October 2015 to February 2025, including Vice President of Manufacturing overseeing nine plants with 1,000 employees, and Director of Manufacturing managing five plants. Key achievements during this tenure include spearheading significant capital projects to enhance product capabilities and drive revenue growth. Earlier experience includes serving as General/Plant Manager for Safeway, Inc. from August 2002 to October 2015, and as Operations and Distribution Senior Manager at Lightning Source Inc, and Operations Manager at Dell, Inc. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
