Joshua Rose

Joshua Rose has over 15 years of work experience in various engineering and project management roles. Joshua is currently working at Darigold as a Sr. Project Engineer Manager and previously held the position of Engineering Project Manager. Prior to that, Joshua worked at Kerry as a Beverage Project Engineer for four years. Joshua also worked at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) as a Senior Project Engineer, where they managed projects from project charter through installation and commissioning phases. Joshua has also worked as a Project Engineer at Glanbia Performance Nutrition and Alberto Culver, where they specified, coordinated, and implemented projects for cost savings, new product introduction, and production expansion. Joshua started their career at Pepsi Americas as a Management Trainee, gaining experience in warehousing, logistics, laboratory/quality assurance, manufacturing, and maintenance. Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated their ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.

Joshua Rose completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years 2002 to 2005. After gaining professional experience, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business from LSU Shreveport between 2020 and 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, Joshua also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2017.
