Samantha Southam

Samantha Southam is an experienced inventory control and database administration professional with a strong background in the food service industry. Currently serving as an Inventory Control Coordinator at Darigold since February 2024, Samantha previously held positions at Habitat for Humanity Portland Region, where roles included Database Administrator and Procurement and Logistics Specialist. Prior experience includes Food Service Director at LifeWorks Restaurant Group, managing multiple markets and campus kitchens for Nike WHQ, and earlier roles as Food Service Manager and Student Manager. Samantha's career began with a management training internship at Aramark, focused on inventory accuracy during high-profile events at Fenway Park. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University, completed in 2015.
