We’re a team. A team of two. Daring Two.

We combine down to earth experience gained from a career in HR business partnering, leadership and organisational development, together with a passion for innovation and a little daring.

We bring a fresh perspective to organisational performance, working with leaders, teams and individuals to reframe and develop what it takes to create an environment for professional and personal achievement and wellbeing.

We achieve this by drawing on our experience of leading teams, transforming culture, delivering change, and coaching leaders, and, of course, our own executive level job-share.

In our partnership with you, we create solutions which are as unique as your context, designed to inspire and provoke meaningful organisational change.

We offer bespoke speaker engagements, coaching, workshops and consulting support.
